1. Baked Goat Cheese

8ounce package of goat cheese
3-4 bulbs of garlic
8-12ounces of kalamata olives
1 fresh baked baguette of French bread
Extra-virgin olive oil
Peel garlic into cloves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, lightly brown garlic cloves in olive oil. After cloves are browned, add olives and cook about 2 minutes with the garlic
Place goat cheese in a glass baking dish and pour olive oil, garlic and olives all over the goat cheese and bake in oven approximately 15 minutes.
Cut French bread and lightly toast in oven (not mandatory).
This appetizer could also be served with bagel chips, crackers of any kind, Melba toast; which ever suits your fancy.
